Why not put this with the rest of the luka bollocks in the luka bollocks section.

Stop littering the forum with this tripe.

So, £32m + a 31 year old player with possible achilles tendon issues. Jesus wept.

You know there's a nice big Modric thread in the transfer news section, maybe this should go there? Just an idea.

But I would say, NO! to this deal, as I'm sure Levy would too

This 32m + Drogba would be OK . they have Torres , Lukaku & Anelka and they don't need Didier anymore but
for us he can be perfect , just what we need.

As it was ITK, rather than paper transfer talk, figured it should go in here - so that all those who complain about any hint of alleged ITK in a transfer thread, do er, complain.

Thought that was the point of an ITK section?

Well what normally happens is it goes into the relevent thread then spursman18 copies it into the main ITK thread.

Yes! A lower amount than he is worth and another decent midfielder we don't need/won't use! Snap their hand off!

May as well ask us to keep Jenas and take 32m. Benayoun is good but he's not going to get his game here. So we may as well keep Jenas or any of the other players that are on their way out who, heaven forbid have to stay put, will sit on the bench. Absolute garbage. "Here, have 32m and more deadwood". I will be really angry if this is the offer we accept.

I rather just take 32million without Benayoun and then get Montolivo

Since Rabbi does post ITK from time to time having a thread on this is ok, even if the papers are reporting this as well. I've put it in the ITK thread.

Im surprised that havent officially thrown Drogba into the mix. 1) everyone knows 'Arry's got it bad for Drogba 2) Chelski has an overflow of strikers 3) everyone knows we desperately need/are looking for a striker. They have Torres, Anelka (could possible be dangled), Lukaku (who demanded 1st team play in the move, so I have to think they "promised" him something), and Sturridge, who despite rumors they seem reluctant to permanetly move. I would worry if they offered 32 + Drogba, it would certainly test everyone's resolve.

Anyway, an offer of Benayoun is ridiculous. An aging midfielder with a bad achilles is hardly enticing...especially with how pesky a bad achilles can be, it can come and go for the rest of a career. He's had his games, but simply isnt an upgrade on what we have. I would severly question the sanity of Levy & Co if we can hold strong against Chelski this entire time only to cave for Yossi Benayoun??

    My brain hurts . . .

What in hell made them think we f#cking need Benayoun for?

The only way Levy will accept a deal from Chelski is 30Mil + Drogba.

Benayoun, Anelka, Kalou, they will try and mug us off properly by offering under the odds for Modric and trying to offload their dog-eared cast-offs. Fkuc off chavs you coonts.

They seem to be a bit shoddy with their maths. Lemme give them a bit of a hand

    £32m + Benayoun < Modric

who knows whats true or not. but 32 mill + Yossi makes no sesnse for Spurs...Yossi would just be a write off, he doesn't have much value. I really don't think Chelsea has much to offer as far as players that they would give up and players that we would like. Ideally I think Spurs would be interested in getting a young player who's going to get better; most of the players in the Chelsea squad that qualify under that statement have been bought roughly over the past year and the rest of the squad is old; so I don't see Chelsea selling or us willing...and I really don't see guys like Sturridge or Kalou enticing management to such an extent that they would be willing to part with Modric. Unless it's a 40+ mill offer or a nutso deal where they are willing to include players like Torres or Lukaku (not in a million years for either) I can't possibly see it happening.

I just don't understand why they are offering such shit amounts of cash. Their first offer was just 10m less than their last. I would think that if they were reject twice since then, they would understand how high we value him. They would never try this shit with a European club. Because the European clubs don't take shit from British clubs. They name their price or say he's not for sale and that's that. Maybe we should speak Spanish to them and they might fook off. Maybe it's sounds angrier in Italian? VAFFANCULO!!!

Somebody obviously needs to hire a English to Russian interpreter at Chavski, to explain exactly what the words "NOT FOR SALE" mean.

Just read on SC that Madrid want to bid on Modric, Benzema + Canales + Cash for Modric. It's bull sh*t though, Canales just sent on a 2 year loan to Valencia I believe

Yeah we can stop that rumor before people even start to consider it. Kind of hard to swap a player that's not there.

32M+Benayoun< 32M. Modric is not going anywhere. He is especially not going to Chelsea unless they offer 50M plus Drogba. That is not happening. End of story.
