    Loved that little story. :)

Ricky asked Poch to ease back on training a little on Monday after weekend games. Poch says "I understand" then next Monday doubles their training :)

Some other snippets I've picked up is that Levy bought Poch a Bentley* out of appreciation for what he's done. And said he would want Poch to stay for another 10 to 15 years.
In the Real press conference he touched on this and said he'd love to sign that contract but it's up to the owner and Levy. So all good there.

Didn't Redknapp gets a Bentley too?

That was great. Pochettino said he would sign a 15 year contract, and at the same time said he thought Kane might stay his entire career at Spurs. If those two things transpire then everything else will fall into place.

I am about 30% in and loving it so far. I was especially interested in his philosophy and how he applies it in everyday situations. There is plenty of what it was looking for in it. And it's a fun read.

Gotta say the musical notes are a nice touch. Quarter notes if I'm not mistaken. Who can remember.

I have which is a good read but this type of book is what I love reading about. Any type of book based on first hand experience with pros is hard to beat for a good read

Just finished the book and it was a good read. No surprises but a few questions answered.

If nothing else, pop into a bookshop and read the last six pages by DL.

    Not surprised he did either.

He's put a lot of effort into making this team what they are now. He's here for the long haul because the vision of his project, so I expect him to stay for at least another 3/4 seasons.

Can't say that the way the game is today, and not with Levy in charge, anything could happen anytime soon.

No manager in their right mind resigns these days for obvious reasons.

And Levy would be out of his mind to sack him, at any point in the future.

We would need to have the biggest downfall in maybe the history of the PL to see him sacked

If I was a betting man, I’d say he’ll be sacked some time in the next 5 years. I might even say 3 years.

The fans lose patience incredibly quickly and Levy is not far behind. It’s one of the things about English football which boggles my mind.

8-10 years is practically a life time nowadays. There won't be anymore Wenger's. I mean Raineri earned a lifetime deal at Leicester and he only got one more year after their Championship. Its ridiculous.

Predicting what another person will do in life is not only bold but extremely unwise, still good luck with that.

    Look at it this way....

He's invested a lot into this club and the players to get us where we are right now. Why would he no stay here? People were shitting themselves when Zidane left Madrid, and going by what Balague said he turned them down. Thats all I need to know about where this guy's head is at.
