True, but we should have been motivated to have him available for United.

Too late for that. Deadline for playing tonight was yesterday. He will get introduced though. Well he better.

I wouldnt be surprised if Moura has dropped dead of a heart attack and Levy is haggling for a refund...

the only explanation now is that they are going to hold his announcement for pregame or halftime and bring him out a Wembley

As suspected the Giroud deals and Batshuayi loan confirmed just before the German 5pm deadline + Ozil staying.

No way PSG pull the plug on this to keep Neymar happy. That just couldn't happen.

The cut-off for that was midday yesterday. I don't think we'd even agreed a fee with PSG at that point, & Les hadn't had his medical or anything. Was never going to happen in time for Utd, so why rush it? Best to take our time and get it done right. I know there is a slight risk of someone else coming in for him, but I just don't think that'll happen. PSG would have to accept a bid and, from what I've heard, Les has his heart set on playing for Poch now. Can't see a Willian MkII personally

They can't. They've signed all the paperwork and Les has supposedly even signed his contract with Spurs now. They can't "pull the plug" now and, besides, the need the money. If Neymar misses Les so bad, he should fukkin come to Spurs!

Everyone needs to chill. This has been completed. A club doesn't have to announce a signing for it to be done. They're clearly waiting for the United game to give everyone in the stadium a boost. There is no hurry necessary.

Lol, you are very confident and I hope you're right. And I am not convinced that Moura has signed his contract because I see no pics of him wielding a pen or posing with the shirt or even a scarf. I am legit spooked.

They wouldn't put those pics up yet, but its happened I guarantee it. If it hadn't & we had had another player pinched a la Willian, we'd all be hearing about it by now. Levy would be crying foul for sure. The fact the club is so relaxed, & Poch is all smiles, is evidence there is no issue.

If they announce it now & put pics up now, then the Utd game is a mild anti-climax. If they time it so Les is announced at Kick-off, the whole stadium is buzzing

That is basically a form of emotional torture, but i can't deny it would be effective.

Lol, I know! However, I guarantee that the club would not be so calm if there was any chance this doesn't happen. If there was the slightest whiff of Les getting stolen from under our nose, it would've been pushed thru & announced ages ago. Even if he had signed already, if the rumours began to build that Utd (or whoever) had just had a £30m bid accepted then we'd probably announce very quickly to quash them fast. The fact its all so quiet and the club are relaxed is all the proof we should need that its done & dusted!

    And for £25m? ... #LessisMoreMouraLes !!

So Arsehole fans are jubilant with Aubameyang & Mkhitaryan, but have sold Walcott, Giroud AND Sanchez this window. Those 3 players scored a combined 65 goals last season & have all proved it in the Prem (OK, Walcott has always blown hot & cold, but he was OK last season). Mkhitaryan is just Ozil MkII - lots of skill but nothing else and who knows how Aubameyang will adapt. And what happened to the £50m Lacazette they were all celebrating only a few months back. He has to be proper miffed, lol. I don't think they've improved themselves much at all. I think Wenger has maybe looked at Dortmund a couple season's back and is hoping to emulate, but his Arsehole team don't have a quarter of type work-rate that Dortmund team had. It's laughable.

And Aubameyang hasn't looked that great to me recently at all. Maybe that's down to his problems, but again are those problems really something you want to bring in to your team? If I was an Arsehole, whilst relatively chuffed with the signings, I don't think I'd be that pleased given what has left the club.

As for Ozil, I'm THRILLED he signed an extension for them, he's garbage! They had him playing last night and they lost 3-1 to Swansea LMAO (although that makes our 2-0 win up there in the swirling rain look all the better!)

I have to say, I see them idiots getting all hyped up about their signings but look at what we've done! We're bringing in Les - a 25 year old guy with 4 titles and plenty UCL experience who CAN play in Europe for £25m AND we've kept ALL our players, Arsehole have sold 3 players who have all scored in the Prem and they've brought in 2 28/29 year olds, with barely 1 title between them (if they've even won a league title, I'm not sure) and their big money striker is cup-tied in Europe, and it cost them more than TWICE as much.

It makes me so happy how shit a club they are.

25 Million. Cheap as chips in today’s market. Mid 20’s and 5 year contract.

We apologise for the delay in announcing our new signing, Lucas Moura, but we had to wait for Danny Rose to finish googling him

Great signing. If he can play like he did 2 years ago, we have a heck of an attack - especially when he and Son are attacking from the flanks.

Glad to see he speaks good English. I think it's important for learning the system as well as team unity. I think he'll be a great addition.
