Ok. This is probably the long shot of long shots. The only reason I'm putting this in here is because we are never linked to big name players. Its almost as if we've arrived.

    No thanks

Injury prone and we’ve already got players who play his position

How much would he cost? Will be 29 in May, injury prone. I would bid 20M. If we can get Moura for 25 why not try it.

    Nonononono.

2013/14 was last season when he managed to consistently stay "in one piece".
I am certain that we are not interested in such player. Given the high fitness demands of Poch it would take 3 weeks for him to get up to speed just to play 2 games and get injured again.

He is more injury prone and ragged then any of our players. So really not the player to go for.

He was a great talent once and I liked him as a player but now he has seen 2 last seasons down the toilet with 2 before that so-so.

Well, you kind of explained "why not".

Moura is 25. And not injury prone. And we got him for 25 mil. Why would we pay 20 for crippled player who is 4 years older and with questionable quality after all those injury issues (though I admit WAS world class before them)? If you look at consistency with Moura price, we could bid 10 mil for him maybe.

In general terms he might even be worth a gamble for 20 mil (remember, we paid 15 for Llorente and 30 for Sissoko). But if you compare the deal with Moura one - then not so much. All down to context :) .

I'm generally optimistic but if he can prove his fitness over the coming months and on a good price I wouldn't be against it.

Another leader and has great attacking quality. Saw his first goal since his return from injury, literally looped the keeper from the edge of the box.

Still he's risky, most of his late 20s has been spent injured, so have to stress we should only attempt if he has proven to overcome his injury issues.

    He's a fantastic player, it's such a shame he's so injury prone.
