So i know this league has been criticized pretty good on this forum. However is anyone watching any of the playoff games? If so anyone having a team they are wanting to win the MLS cup? Currently watching the Crew v. Rapids right now and the Crew are getting manhandled. :( i am a Crew fan so i would like for them to do well and maybe win the MLS Cup for 2010.

How's Carroll playing? I live down the street from his family

haha just switched over and seen that tackle, nothing changes with that family his younger brothers use to do that every day in training to the younger kids (high school)

haha, yeah Crew aren't looking too good this game. hopefully they can keep it low or maybe nick a draw and be very well rested for the return to columbus.

Toronto did not make the playoffs, however their stadium is hosting the final on November 21st 8:30PM Eastern time.

LA Galaxy won the Supporters Shield which is given to the team that has the most points at the end of the regular season. they play Sunday i believe on ESPN2 here i believe.

    starring lucas modrick.

in all seriousness, fell asleep about 10min into the Crew-Rapids match last nite.

more a reflection on my life than the game, hoping to follow the playoffs a bit more this year.

I'm looking forward to better, and brighter days in the future. In fact, I think that I'll ignore all competitive events today and go in to work. It certainly couldn't be less uplifting.

woohoo currently San Jose is up on NYRB 1-0!!! exactly the first part i need which is them to win. well let them win this by 2 goals so they can advance. then would need C-Bus to obviously pull their weight as well. :)

haha yeah i have it on at work here and that is making me happy. now Columbus need to finish out Colorado and have that game set for a sunday and i will be up there watching it. Columbus should be able to beat colorado and SJ now to make it to the finals in Toronto. According to Spursman though apparently Convey was a target of spurs like 5 years ago or something like that and he got 2 of the goals tonight for SJ.

I loved that game, but that sure was a terrifying ending. It's like the entire SJ team just fell asleep with about 5 minutes to go. Fortunately for us, NY suddenly couldn't hit the broad side of a barn. They sure were given a ton of opportunity, though.

What a poor performance by NY but that just goes to show spending does not mean victory.

LA play tomorrow, apparently Crew lost on the 5th PK as the guy shot it like 10 feet over the cross bar. >_<

Talked to Carroll's brother tonight, Brian was pretty devastated for missing the penalty....but it was pretty poorly taken

poorly taken was an understatement there Spursman! can you tell his brother to relay onto him that "thanks for ruining my November 6th as well as the rest of my November with that loss!" :)

Haha will do Steel.....going back and forth between the NFL and the LA game....Becks hit a beauty of a free kick to set up the 2nd goal, just barely missed another free kick that was just wide.

haha couldn't catch any of that game although i wanted too. TV Lamp just went out and now it's on back order so i don't even know when it will get shipped!! >_< having not TV sucks. glad my ManUre mate lives close by and i could watch the spurs game yesterday. I really want this lamp in by the NLD though so i can watch it at home. However i still would like to catch some more of the MLS games as well. :(
