I'm looking forward to getting my first look at Ryan Sessegnon in this one.

Id love to see this. Unfortunately, I don't think Poch wants Danny boy anywhere near the starting line up

    Think we’ll see ......

    ——————--——Lloris—————————
    ——Aurier—Sanchez——Jan——-Davies——
    ———Sissoko——Dier——-Eriksen—————
    ———-Moura——-Kane———-Alli—————-

    Vorm
    Tripps
    Toby
    Amos
    Llorente
    Lamela
    Dembele

    Personally I’d like to see:

    ——————-——Lloris——————————
    ——-—Toby——-Sanchez——-Jan—————
    —-Tripps——Dier———Dembele—-Davies—
    —————-Eriksen——Alli————————-
    ———————-—Kane——————————

With Son away I think we’ll need Moura coming off the bench, we lack any real pace from the bench, would love to see Winks get 15/20 mins under his belt, hoping for a solid 2-0 win, Kane & Eriksen ...... COYS !!!!

The 2nd lineup is being saved for ManU.

I think Trips will get the start over Aurier but we are most likely destined for Sissoko/Dier CM pairing.

I expect Lamela to replace an attacking mid in the 2nd half and Dembele to come on for any MF at some point in the game.

Don't think Winks will quite be ready for this one, but if he is then give him a 15 minute run out.

    Lloris
    Trippier - Sanchez - Verthonghen - Davies
    Sissoko - Dier
    Moura - Eriksen - Dele
    Kane

Bench: Vorm, Aurier, Alderweireld, Dembele, Amos, Lamela, Llorente

We don’t play Man U until 8/29. Why are we saving lineups for 9 days?

To play the 3-4-3 we need to have Dembele and/or Winks playing CM. I would prefer two box to box players that have stronger dribbling skills to link up with with the attack when you already have 3 centre halves. I think Dier/Wanyama/Sissoko are a poor fit for CM in 3-4-3 but we often go with one of them because Dembele and Winks being fully fit at the same time has been rare.

I don't think he's too keen on playing Toby either. It's the 'cutting off your nose to spite your face' syndrome.

I still think it's the best option even if Rose is swapped for Davies.

Intersting lineup. Back 3 with Eriksen or Delete holding with Dier?

Yep. He's definitely cutting off his own nose to spite his face by playing Toby today...

    Love Dier's photo.

Or it could be a 3-5-2 with both Dele and Eriksen playing slightly ahead of Dier. Dele played this position for England in the World Cup.

Lamela and Winks fit enough for bench

Missed that Winks made the bench. Hope he gets a few minutes, although I'd rather he wait another week or so if he isn't 100% I don't like putting players back on the pitch before they are fully recovered

And Lloris, he looks like he's the guilty one.

Moura is doing better today. That was a penalty on Kane, but he went to ground sooooo easily I can see why they didn't give it. Last season Dele mailed in most of the end of the season and only kept starting because his name was Dele Alli. These last 2 games he has been hustling and making cheeky passes and actually doing his job. Hope he keeps it up all season.

Dominating possession with some cutting edge but wasteful ( Eriksen has to go find his shooting boots) slightly lazy play at the back on occasions but worth a 1-0 lead... Teachers assesment - must do better ;)

Did Sissoko steal Eriksen's shirt and sneak on the field wearing it?
