That's false. I posted the odds above. They are given a 41% chance of taking 3 points and we are given 32% chance. That's not even close to 2 to 1.

    As I said, our expected return is 1.2 points: (32% x 3) + (27% * 1) = 1.23 points.

If we really want to challenge for something this year, falling slightly short of bookies' expectations is not how we're going to do it.

We are +205 to win at home according to Bovada. A draw pays +270 and Liverpool are +135....that’s from an internet betting site

It’s not even worth a discussion. Don’t give two shits who’s what, a point is a good result tomorrow, a win is a big statement for us

And that’s not 2 to 1. Not even close. Objective reality matters. A point being a good result is your opinion (one not supported by bookmakers). Liverpool being 2 to 1 favorites is an objective falsehood.

If you want the best odds, btw, always use oddschecker.

According to odds checker we are 11/5 which is 2.2/1 they are 26/19 which is 1.3/1, so in simple old money terms we are 2/1 and they are Even money.

Pool could well be 2-0 up at the break, instead of the 1 very close goal. Lucas is our main man right now, just need that final ball to get back in it.
    Cmon spurs ffs!!

Dier has been eaten alive on Talksport ( ive been out driving) just got in to see that Vorm punched the bottom of the ball ,spinning it up and Dier could only get his head on the ball with not too much contact, so its really Vorms fault IMO

Not looking good right now, the goal took out quite a bit of our confidence, they could have had another there with Wijnaldum at the end. Our unforced errors are really giving them a lift considering how much possession we have, they should be much more down.

Hopefully Son and Lamela can have a positive impact in the 2nd half.

Unfortunately I can’t see pochettino changing much until we're 2 down, I’d drop Dier into a back 3 and bring on Son now for Kane, or at least no later than 15mins into this half..

Liverpool simply look so much more dangerous than we do. They are creating chances seemingly at will and constantly look like they can score.

We,on the other hand, have looked very underwhleming with only Moura looking decent and providing a spark.

Eriksen and Kane look out of form. World Cup hangover?

Kane is just not the player he was. Two seasons ago was his peak and now he's just a passable striker. We do not look anything like a top 4 side and the Watford defeat has made them realize that. No cohesion, no zip and no plan today. Manager has to take some blame. We needed additions in the summer and it shows already. That's not to take anything from a superb Liverpool side that haven't even had to get into top gear.

Lamela even though he had only been on the pitch for 15 mins was by far the best player for us, more driving runs, more tackles, more guts
