I hate 'em. I hate their fans. I dream of them getting relegated. I hope Lanzini breaks his leg in training.

Good news is Eriksen may be available for selection.

    Lloris
    Aurier-Sanchez-Toby-Davies
    Dier-Winks
    Lucas-Lamela-Son
    Kane

They're in terrible shape right now. We should be beating them, and big.

Trippier is an impenetrable wall today. Wish he could do that every game at club level. Hope Harry scores soon. No way he'll willingly come off until he's on the scoresheet. That yellow on Dier was kind of rubbish. At least England's game is a day earlier than the rest of Europe. Our boys will get an extra day rest.

I have no problem with West Ham per se, but I agree their fans are the absolute worst. No wait. I was in London last September to go to the US embassy with my wife. The game we could have watched was Away at West Ham. Those bastards wanted £300 for an away seat. Each! But only £100 for home They can all drop dead as far as I'm concerned.

They started off the season terribly but then righted the ship in mid September. Drew Chelsea and beat Man U. Underestimate them at our own peril.

Especially with our bad luck against them. They are one of those teams that seems to just have our number

I guess we won’t know who’s available until Thursdays press conference, but I’m hoping to see either one of Eriksen or Alli back, & hopefully Rose’s withdrawal from the England squad was more precautionary, if so I’d go for ...............

    Lloris
    Trippier-Sanchez-Toby-Rose
    Dier-Winks
    Lucas-Alli-Son
    Kane

    Gazzaniga
    Aurier
    Davies
    Wanyama
    Dembele
    Lamela
    Eriksen
    Llorente

This is their cup final so they’ll be bang up for it, I’m hoping for 2-0 but a lot will depend on who is back from injury & who comes back in good shape from the internationals ....... COYS !!!!!

Their team is crap. Their stadium is crap. Their fans are crap. 0-1 to the Mighty Spurs. :) Job done.

Totally agree. This will most likely be a very difficult game for us.

Kane, Dier and Trippier were outstanding versus Spain. All three will be buzzing and must play.

Teams like Wet Spam are the games where i feel Lamela can dominate. Its games he should be dominating. A big chance for him.

West Ham like to play very physical. Lots of elbows, pushes and kicks. Historically our squad has not coped well with this style of play and given that the game is at their place; the ref is likely to let it go somewhat. That being said, Lucas, Kane and hopefully Alli are great at drawing fouls in dangerous positions.

Set pieces are out biggest problem and we have yet to get our strikers on form. I feel we concede early to a set piece and spend the rest of the game chasing the goal.

    West Ham 1 - 1 Spurs

    Arnoutavich 6' - kane 90'(pen)

Guess I will throw out a lineup for this one. Not that it will much matter. No wonder goals for the Stratfords this time.

    --------------------Lloris--------------------
    Trippier----Toby----Sanchez---Davies
    -------------Dier--------Dembele---------
    Son-------------Eriksen-----------Moura
    -------------------Kane---------------------

Maybe start Lamela over Son. Tough call. Also thought about playing Gazzaniga over Hugo but that won't happen.

Both Son and Lamela to score a goal. One in the 1st half, one in the second. A brace for Kane, and a cheap one for Spam while Hugo is out on walk about during the game. 1-4

I don't think we need to rush back Dembele or Eriksen right away. They should be the first two subs off the bench though. I also think Winks is finding his form and can't be dropped right now.

    ----------------------Lloris-------------------
    Trippier----Toby-----Sanchez---Davies
    ----------------Dier---------Winks----------
    Moura------------Lamela-------------Son
    ----------------------Kane--------------------

Gazzaniga, Foyth, Aurier, Dembele, Sissoko, Eriksen, Llorente

I'd also like Winks to start. Some on this forum think that all he does is pass the ball sideways, but this aspect of his game will improve. His passing ability is what Spurs need - he seldom wastes a pass (either sideways or forwards) and look at how well he did playing for England against Spain. He is a big talent that we need to encourage and nurture. Thankfully, Poch realises that.

Nonsense, they're in 15th and with only 7 points so far. United have also been shit this season and we beat them 3-0. We should be smashing Wet Spam.

If he hadn't been hurt we wouldn't be having a discussion about him. He'd be the first man on the team sheet by now. He's looking fitter and more confident again so with luck he'll still be a star for us.

Oddsmakers give us a 52% chance to win, but this feels like one we drop points in to me. Our form has been pretty bad even though we’ve managed to get results.

Surely Lamela deserves to start. Eriksen has to start whenever fit. So that leaves a choice between Moura and Son (I assume Ali isn't fit.) I think Poch will go for Son.

I really hate this fixture. They are always so up for it against us and we've not been playing well despite getting results. It's hard to be confident.

The England players must be on a high after beating Spain and HK had a great game, I think we will be up for it today

I think if we can keep Arnautovic quiet we’ll be okay. Big ‘if’ though. He’s the sort of player i’d actually like us to have - big, strong, fairly quick and happy to mix it up and scrap

As Ben had such a hard game the other night I expected Rose to be back, today but he obviously has a problem getting fully fit these days which has to be a worry.

Sissoko' s physical presence will be useful. Son would be better used as a sub when West ham have tired legs. Lucas should give enough pace early on to stretch them and draw some fouls.
