    At least 12 points from the first 6 matches, but I predict 14 points (3 + 1 + 3 + 1 + 3 + 3). Some tough fixtures like Chelsea and Everton away, but I'm confident we'll have a decent start to the season.

Tottenham, have five of their six post-Champions League matches at home.

How rigged for TV are the fixtures, you could draw that out a thousand times and not end up with Arsenal, Liverpool and Utd back to back:oops:

That Liverpool away match will be tough. They'll have an extra days rest and are coming off Huddersfield while we're coming off Man U.

Can't for the life of me understand why they can't just draw out a fair set of fixtures, it's not rocket science!!

Just looking through the fixture list and my main thought is this: even with the uncertainty of Wembley, I can't see how we finish lower than 4th. We should have over 80 points again and challenge for the title. Unfortunately, topping the table will be tough. Chelsea and City will also tear through the league and they have way more resources than we do. We could have our best season ever and still finish third. Grrrrrrrr!

I love that United have been given better odds of winning the league than us!!

Poor attacking form last season - and next season will be without Rooney and Ibra. Unless they sign a world class striker, I am not sure they can rely on 89 minute headers from Falanni all season.

In my view Mourinho has fallen out of love with the game and is burnt out. I see them still fighting for a 4th spot.

I'm not willing to say the fixture list is unfair just because we have 3 tough matches in a row. I think the festive period looks very favorable to us...no particularly tough matches and our superior depth vs the teams we'll be facing should give us the edge as they're more apt to be tired. The shortest rest of the season is on Jan 1 which is just 2 days after the Dec 30 fixtures. We're playing Swansea...how in the world are they going to be able to have the depth to handle that kind of quick turnaround? On the other hand, Chelsea visit Arsenal on Jan 1, which is a killer match to have on such short rest for both of them. So tough scheduling cuts both ways.

And replace Valverde who they appointed 2 weeks ago? Or become his assistant or how will that work?
