Apparently Ramsey had to be replaced at halftime.

Lost the shutout, but that's what happens when you spend the last 15 minutes defending rather than remembering that a rout is going on.

Both teams were good in attack and poor defensively. But we took our chances while Southampton hit the woodwork 37 times. I’ll take it. Lloris MOTM.

Chelsea lost and Arsenal drew. Fantastic Wednesday.

On Saturday Man City goes into Chelsea so as long as we do our job in Leicester we will either consolidate 3rd or gain on 1st. Maybe both.

It’s nice when Arse treats the NLD as a cup final.

Didn’t get to see the game, but great to get the job done while other results go in our favor too which is always a bonus.....so the Saints hit the timber 3 times, did we dodge a bullet?

Very happy with the win, especially after Sundays nightmare. It wasn't vintage, and didn't like the way we coasted after going 3 up. Some of the defending was shocking, and closing down was non existent. If Southampton had any decent finishers, they'd have had 3 or 4. But maybe we can put it down to fatigue after a very tough week of fixtures.

But back up to 3rd though.........COYS!

It could have been a better game for sure but we shut it down after 3-0

It shows how easily you can get beaten in the PL when you aren't trying. Luckily we got away with it. It's impossible to give 100% all the time.

We deserved the win but the final 20 mins was attack vs defence with Spurs doing the defending. Hugo spent much of this time having a go at his defence and keeping the ball out of the net. There was one amazing double save from Ward-Prowse and Austin!

You weren't alone in not seeing the game, there were empty seats all over the place. Out of 24 seats in my row only 7 were occupied!

We played Southampton at a good time yet they still gave us problems, I think Leicester will be tougher at the weekend.

Leicester away isn’t the game you want before Barca that’s for sure.

Well, I'm celebrating my birthday in Paris as a surprise from my new wife, and Wednesday morning, the surprise TRIPLED when she presented me with Eurostar tickets. Yes, I saw my first ever Spurs game - Southampton at Wembley!

We even made a pilgrimage to the new stadium (which tbf still seems to need a LOT of work) and the INSANE team store to spend a king's ransom on Spurs swag.

Sad my first game wasn't at WHL (old or new) and that the match itself wasn't particularly good or well-attended, but it was a life-changing bucketlist experience nonetheless. And a great day for our club, with Chelski and Arse dropping points. So a success all the way around.

We've caught the bug now and will certainly be returning to see a proper derby at the new ground in a year or so!

    COYS

Congrats on getting married! And now you're a good luck charm: you have to go to all Spurs matches until we drop points. Send us proof Saturday that you're at the King Power stadium.
